About Us

Essential Smiles Dental Laboratories is a full service dental laboratory operating out of Plano, TX and Irvine, CA, with several sales branch locations throughout the US.

Established in 2013 as part of the WORLD LAB Group, Essential Smiles has been providing dentists nationwide with high quality dental restorations for over a decade. We know how important your chair time is, and our mission is to help you to add value to your dental practice.

Our technicians perform multiple quality control checks from beginning to end, providing you with quality restorations. We look forward to working with you and sharing in the growth of your practice.

Our Products

Essential Smiles Dental Laboratories currently offers dental restorations through two distinct brands. In addition to our quality offerings through our classic Essential Smiles branding, we began offering premium high-end products through Essential Smiles Premium in 2020. These products are guaranteed to be fabricated by the most skilled and experienced master technicians on our team. With a wide range of products available at various price points, we are confident that we can meet the varying demands of your patients.

Placing Your Order

Just give us a call or use the new doctor contact form, and we will send you a starter kit with everything you need to send us your cases. If you need to send us cases right away, you can download our printable Crown & Bridge or Removables Rx forms. Simply fill out the Rx form, keep a copy, and include it with your case. Then, call us to schedule a pickup.

Schedule a Pick-Up

You can call our customer support team toll-free to arrange a pickup at a time that suits you best. Please note that the courier company that we ask you to use will be determined by your location. Depending on the courier, we may be able to arrange for you to call the courier company directly or to set-up an account on an online portal to schedule any future pick-ups.

Digital Cases

We are fully equipped to handle your digital cases. We can work with oral scans from any open system intraoral scanner on the market. Simply call or email us, and our customer service team will help you get set up with your preferred system.

Shipping Couriers

Depending on the region that your office is located, we will arrange for you to use UPS, FedEx, or a regional courier in order to ship your cases to us.
