How do I get started with Essential Smiles Dental Laboratories?

Just give us a call or use the new doctor contact form, and we will send you a starter kit with everything you need to send us your cases. If you need to send us cases right away, you can download our printable Crown & Bridge or Removables Rx forms. Simply fill out the Rx form, keep a copy, and include it with your case. Then, call us to schedule a pickup, and our customer support team will provide you with a shipping label.

For customers located in CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, and HI:

How do I schedule a pickup for my cases?

You can call our customer support team toll-free to arrange a pickup at a time that suits you best. Please note that the courier company that we ask you to use will be determined by your location. Depending on the courier, we may be able to arrange for you to call the courier company directly or to set-up an account on an online portal to schedule any future pick-ups.

Do you accept digital cases?

Yes, we are fully equipped to handle your digital cases. We can work with oral scans from any open system intraoral scanner on the market. Call or email us, and our customer service team will help you get set up with your preferred system.

What is the typical turnaround time for cases in your lab?

Our standard turnaround time for case completion is 9 business days in-lab. If you have specific timing requirements, please let us know before the case is shipped, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are there any expedited options available for faster turnaround?

Yes, we offer expedited services for cases that require quicker processing. Please contact our customer service team at for details and pricing associated with expedited orders.

What shipping carriers do you use for sending out cases?

Depending on the region that your office is located, we will arrange for you to use UPS, FedEx, or a regional courier in order to ship your cases to us.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping and handling fees are charged at $9.99 per invoice for cases delivered within the contiguous United States. Please inquire about rates for Hawaii and Alaska.
